Great Canadian Worship Song Search
TORONTO
(June 30, 2005)
– Christian
Marketing Canada (CMC Distribution) has announced that the annual Great
Canadian Worship Song Search has finished its submission process for 2005
with over 500 entries being sent in. This
year's compilation will feature 30 Canadian worship songs and will be called Sea
To Sea: I See The Cross, releasing October 18th across The album name is inspired by a
scripture found in the Canadian Parliament buildings (He shall have dominion
from sea to sea). This year's compilation will feature music from established
artists like Brian Doerksen, Starfield and Jon Buller along
with newcomers like Tara Dettman and Stephanie Mainville. Christian music
fans across Canada
responded favourably to last year’s Sea
To Sea: Filled With Your Glory collection. The album has been nominated for
a 2005 Covenant Award and placed in the top 50 in national sales charts last
year. For
