Toronto (August 14, 2006) – The Canadian Country Music Association has announced that Stephanie Mainville has been selected as a featured performer during the 2006 Country Music Week in Saint John.

The CMW “Gospel Show” is hallmark event each year for the community and delegates, the showcase mixes contemporary country stars with current Christian music celebrities, plus stars on the rise to create a magical Sunday showcase that welcomes all.

Held at the historical Imperial Theatre, this event promises some of the sweetest sounds of the week with unique collaborations and special moments from Canada ’s musical elite.

Stephanie will be performing music from her award-winning debut album, Family, at the September 10^th event.

In just this past year, Stephanie has appeared in official showcases at the Junos, ECMAs, Music New Brunswick Week, and has been a featured artist and nominee at the Mercy Awards, the Shai Awards and the Canadian Gospel Music Association’s Covenant awards.
